🌺 Handwoven Seagrass Round Floor Cushion | Natural Straw Meditation Pouf | Japandi Boho Sitting Pad

🌺 Sit Closer to the Ground. Sit Closer to Yourself.

There's a particular kind of calm that comes from sitting low. Close to the earth. Unhurried. Present. It's why floor seating has been central to the world's most thoughtful interior traditions — Japanese, Moroccan, Scandinavian, Balinese — for centuries.

Our Handwoven Seagrass Round Floor Cushion brings that grounded, intentional energy into your home. Braided by skilled artisans from natural golden seagrass in a hypnotic spiral pattern, this cushion is as much a sculptural object as it is a seat. It belongs in every room that values calm, beauty, and the slow art of living well.

🛋️ The Problem With Conventional Seating

Sofas push you back. Chairs hold you in place. Both tell your body how to sit — and your body gets stiff, passive, and disconnected as a result.

Floor seating invites a different kind of relationship with your space. It opens the hips. Invites cross-legged ease. Encourages you to be present in your body and your room in a way that conventional furniture rarely does.

And when your floor cushion is this beautiful? It becomes the most coveted seat in the house.

🔍 What Makes This Cushion Exceptional

• 100% Natural Seagrass — Harvested sustainably from natural water meadows, seagrass is one of the world's most renewable, biodegradable, and beautiful natural fibers. Warm golden tan in color, cool and smooth to the touch.
• Signature Spiral Braided Weave — Each cushion is hand-braided in a concentric spiral pattern that radiates outward from the center. The result is a piece with genuine visual dynamism — it draws the eye and holds it.
• Dense, Supportive Fill — Filled with natural fiber padding that provides real seated support without losing its dome shape over time. Firm enough to support posture, soft enough to sit on for hours.
• Naturally Cooling Surface — Seagrass has a naturally cool, slightly textured surface that feels grounded and refreshing underfoot and under body — especially in warmer months.
• Durable Artisan Construction — Each braid is hand-stitched and wrapped with precision. Built to hold its shape through years of daily use, family gatherings, and meditation sessions.
• Doubles as Decor — Even when no one is sitting on it, this cushion is a statement piece. Stack two for height, arrange several for a boho floor lounge, or use one as a sculptural accent in a corner.

As each cushion is hand-braided from natural seagrass, slight variations in color tone, braid width, and spiral pattern are normal and reflect the authentic, artisan nature of the material. Natural seagrass may darken slightly with age — this is a beautiful patina, not a defect.
